Corumbela is a magical place to experience authentic Spain. This picturesque whitewashed village, nestled high on a ridge near Maroma mountain, boasts breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea and even the Moroccan Riff Mountains.  Part of the Mudejar Route, it retains its authentic Spanish charm with a friendly community of around 300.  Modern conveniences exist alongside ancient traditions like wood-fired bread baking (celebrated annually).  Surrounded by natural parks, it offers hiking and easy access to larger villages while maintaining its affordability.

It is not a village that was designed for cars, so you will have to park a few meters from the property and walk the cobbeldy street to get to it. This is a traditional and very well kept , immaculate property with thick walls and amazing features. It is on various levels and there are various steps between rooms which will keep you healthy and fit.
The entry is via little uncovered porch leading into the diner and kitchen area. Equipped with gas burner fridge freezer and filtered water it even has a beautiful traditional log burner. There is a dishwasher and washing machine at the entrance of the house, from where you will walk a few steps down into the lower half-floor with a full bathroom, master bedroom with balcony and 4 door wardrobe and another big bedroom with sofa bed. From the kitchen level, you have another five steps leading to the upper half-floor with a nice and very bright sitting area with study corner and exit to a beauiful terace that offers endless views: on a nice day they end somewhere over the mediterranean sea.
Underneath the kitchen-entry area, there is a spacious storage that does not quite have the full standing height but is great for storing or parking small vehicles such as bikes for example, entered from lower part of the street.

If you want to breath nature, eat well, integrate with Spanish community where you will have to  practice your Spanish to talk to your neighbours María or Pepa, who are very friendly and patient in conversing and understanding their foreign neighbours, yet be well connected (by road and internet) having really reasonable or even low costs of living, this is a house for you.
