This beautiful apartment si situated in the heart of Campillos, yet on a quiet street with plenty of onstreet parking spaces right outside the door. Apartment is on the third floor and there is no elevator in the building. Entrance hall leads to a lounge to the left and the main terrace with open views over to the North East. To the right, we have a fully equipped kitchen with another terrace/laundry room with views over the South West countryside. There is a distributor hall that leads to three good size bedrooms and a bathroom. The apartment is old but has been kept in good condition so you can move straight in. It comes fully furnished. Campillos is a great town, very Spanish but extremely welcoming and with a small expat community. It has all services you can wish for, schools, doctors, shops, sports facilities, swimming pool, transport facilities such as bus service and also a high speed train station close by. People are welcoming and gastronomy is to be discovered. There are some superb restaurants and good bars around.
